How We Choose What We Stock

Glam Deal Store is an online retail store operated by DEKOTA HOPPE LLC in San Diego, California. We are an independent reseller. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not an authorised dealer for any brand. That shapes what we sell and how we describe it, so it is worth saying plainly.

Most of what we sell is unbranded

The majority of our catalogue is generic goods - silicone lids, plush toys, pet bowls, hand warmers - made by factories that do not sell under a consumer brand name. Where a product has no genuine brand, we do not invent one, and we do not stamp our own name on it as though we made it.

Where the photos and specifications come from

Product images and specifications are supplied by the manufacturer or supplier. The same photographs may appear on other retailers' listings, because they come from the same source. We say this on our About Us page as well. It is the honest answer, rather than pretending we ran a studio shoot.

What we do control is the written description. Every product description on this site is written from the supplier's verified specification - dimensions, materials, what is in the box, power ratings - and nothing beyond that.

What we look for

• Everyday usefulness. Things people reach for more than once. A lid that fits the mugs you already own beats a gadget you use twice.
• Specifications we can actually state. If we cannot confirm a size, a material, or what is in the box, the product does not go up until we can.
• A price that makes sense on its own. We would rather show one honest price than a permanent fake discount.

What we do not do

• We do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Our LED skincare devices are cosmetic consumer products. They are not medical devices, they are not FDA cleared, and we do not claim they treat any condition.
• We do not publish reviews we did not receive.
• We do not run countdown timers, fake stock warnings, or struck-through prices that were never real.

If something is wrong

If a description on this site does not match what turned up at your door, tell us at support@glamdealstore.com. We would rather correct the listing than argue about it, and our Refund Policy gives you 30 days either way.
