Bombers Control Plate Dressage Hanging Cheek Bit – Precision, Comfort & Stability

The Bombers Control Plate Dressage Hanging Cheek Bit is expertly designed to offer enhanced communication, control, and stability for both horse and rider. With a unique control plate for even pressure distribution and a hanging cheek design for subtle leverage, this bit is ideal for dressage riders seeking precision without excessive severity.

Control Plate for Even Pressure & Clearer Communication

The centered control plate lies flat against the tongue, distributing pressure evenly across the mouth while reducing excessive tongue sensitivity. Unlike traditional jointed bits that create a nutcracker effect, this bit enhances communication and responsiveness without causing discomfort. This makes it an ideal choice for horses that resist contact, overreact to rein aids, or require a more stable bit.

Hanging Cheek Design for Stability & Mild Poll Pressure

The hanging cheekpiece (Baucher-style) offers a secure and balanced fit, preventing unnecessary movement within the mouth. This stabilization reduces bit noise and distractions, encouraging the horse to accept and trust the contact. The slight poll pressure encourages a lower head carriage and improved flexion, making it perfect for dressage and flatwork.

Designed for Sensitive & Unsteady Horses

This bit is a top choice for riders needing more control without harshness. It's especially effective for:

• Horses resistant to contact or who evade the bit
• Sensitive horses that dislike jointed bits
• Dressage riders seeking precision without excessive pressure
• Horses that require stability in the mouth
