Hanging Cheek Double-Jointed Bit – Precision & Comfort for Optimal Performance

The Hanging Cheek Double-Jointed Bit is designed for riders seeking gentle yet effective control while promoting comfort and responsiveness in their horse. Featuring Baucher-style hanging cheekpieces, this bit applies mild poll pressure, encouraging a steady head carriage and improved balance.

Ideal for dressage, training, and general riding, this bit provides a stable connection and precise rein aids, helping riders achieve better communication without harshness. Whether you're working on refining aids or schooling a young horse, this bit promotes soft acceptance and relaxed contact.

Double-Jointed Mouthpiece for Enhanced Comfort

Unlike single-jointed bits that create a nutcracker effect, the double-jointed mouthpiece with a lozenge in this design reduces tongue pressure while evenly distributing rein contact. This helps to prevent discomfort, making it a gentler choice for sensitive horses.

The ergonomic shape of the lozenge encourages horses to relax and accept the bit, fostering better responsiveness and consistency in rein aids. It is a great option for horses that tend to evade contact or have a history of bit resistance.

High-Quality Stainless Steel for Durability & Longevity

Crafted from premium stainless steel, the Hanging Cheek Double-Jointed Bit is built to withstand daily use while maintaining its smooth, polished finish. The hanging cheek design ensures stability in the horse’s mouth, reducing excessive movement and providing a more precise feel for the rider.

This bit is particularly useful for dressage riders, eventers, and trainers who require light yet effective contact. The 12mm mouthpiece thickness offers a comfortable fit, making it suitable for a variety of horse breeds and disciplines.
